With extensive creative and production capabilities available in-house, state of the art proprietary machinery, and skilled personnel, Pacobond has been meeting the packaging needs of the most demanding and prestigious multinational brands.
With our own manufacturing plants in Los Angeles and China, Pacobond is a single source packaging manufacturer, offering the flexibility to meet the tightest deadlines within your budget while keeping the highest quality standards. Our operation in China enables us to offer significantly reduced pricing for higher volume projects. Clients are able to begin a project with a short run luxury design which may later be seamlessly scaled up to volume production.

SUSTAINABILITY
Pacobond is an environmentally conscious custom packaging manufacturer.
We use soy based inks, we use water based aqueous coatings on almost every sheet we print, and we recycle all our paper waste, cardboard trims, printing plates, shipping cartons and pallets. We ensure our industrial waste is re-used when possible and we currently recycle over 96% of our production industrial waste, continuously improving the sustainability of our operations. Both, the paper bag and the folding carton plants have earned the Los Angeles Green Business official certification.
We promote responsible forestry and comply with all the Chain-of-Custody requirements as set by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC ). We're committed to producing packaging that is environmentally friendly and responsible. Customers can be assured that FSC certified paper purchased by Pacobond is traceable to responsibly managed forests, and that there are documented controls in place to make sure that the integrity of the environment is upheld.
Pacobond is FSC certified.
We offer a new generation of laminating films for the luxury paper bags and folding cartons that are derived from corn and sugar cane, that deliver a lower carbon footprint and are bio-degradable.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILTY
Globally, PACOBOND operates ethically and complies with the local government requirements, minimizing it's environmental impact and enhancing the health and safety of it's employees. Pacobond's plant in China is frequently audited by major cosmetic companies for social accountability compliance.
Domestically, Pacobond has the respective systems in place to meet the OSHA safety standards and
CA Prop 65 compliances.

Pacobond is a G7 Master qualified printing facility.
G7 is an industry-leading set of specifications for achieving visual similarity across all print processes. It's a global standard widely used to measure the color accuracy on any output device.
By utilizing G7 Master Program, Pacobond is a member of a select group of global print service providers validating it's capabilities to the highest level of global industry standards and specifications and as such, assures consistency and quality in it's proofing, brand color management and print processes our customers' brands deserve.

Pacobond holds 'Product Safety Aware' status in the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) Product Safety Awareness Program. This means Pacobond has met the PPAI product safety training and education requirements.
